By creating an account or using Zero Social (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, do not use Zero Social.
If you download or use the Zero Social mobile application, you also agree to the Mobile App License Terms in Section 09 of this page, which govern your license to install and use the App.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Impact Zero Hub Pvt Ltd, a private limited company incorporated in India, which operates Zero Social. We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we'll notify you through the app or via email.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use Zero Social, or the minimum legal age required in your country or jurisdiction if that age is higher. By using Zero Social, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.
If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent or legal guardian's permission to use Zero Social and that they have read and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Please use a strong, unique password and do not share your login with others.
Zero Social exists to create genuine human connection. We ask that you use it with that spirit in mind. The following are strictly prohibited:
You own the content you post on Zero Social. By posting or submitting content to public areas of the Service, you grant Impact Zero Hub Pvt Ltd a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, transferable, sublicensable license to host, store, reproduce, modify (for formatting), adapt, publish, display, distribute, and use such content for operating, improving, promoting, and marketing the Service and the Zero Social brand, in any media now known or later developed.
This license ends when you delete your content or account, except to the extent your content has been shared by others, incorporated into aggregated or archival materials, or retained for legal, safety, and backup purposes.
We do not claim ownership of your content, and we do not use your content to train AI models for sale or license to third parties without your explicit consent.
You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to post any content you share on Zero Social, including respecting the intellectual property rights of others.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. We will generally attempt to warn users before taking enforcement action, except in cases involving serious harm, child safety, or illegal activity — in those cases, immediate action will be taken.
You may delete your account at any time from within the app or by contacting us. Deletion is permanent and data will be removed per our Privacy Policy.
Zero Social is provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties about uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or the accuracy of any user-generated content.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Impact Zero Hub Pvt Ltd shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you for any claims shall not exceed the amount you paid us (if any) in the 12 months preceding the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes will first be attempted to be resolved informally by contacting us at hello@zerosocial.app. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to binding arbitration.
These Mobile App License Terms apply to your use of the Zero Social mobile application (the "App") and are incorporated into these Terms. Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to install and use the App on devices you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial use.

You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, resell, lease, lend, sublicense, or redistribute the App except where such limits are prohibited by applicable law. The App, including its software, design, and branding, remains the property of Impact Zero Hub Pvt Ltd and its licensors. We may provide updates and patches; continued use after updates means you accept the current version of these Terms.
If you obtained the App through Google Play, you acknowledge this license is between you and Impact Zero Hub Pvt Ltd, not Google. Google is not responsible for support, maintenance, or warranty obligations for the App, and Google Play usage is also subject to applicable Google terms. These Mobile App License Terms remain effective until terminated. Your rights terminate automatically if you materially violate these Terms, and on termination you must stop using and uninstall the App.
