Delete Your Account

You're in full control of your data. You can permanently delete your Zero Social account and all associated personal information at any time — no questions asked.

From within the app
How to delete your account

Open the Zero Social app
Make sure you're logged in to the account you want to delete.

Go to your Profile
Tap your profile icon in the bottom navigation bar.
Profile → Settings

Open Account Settings
Scroll to the bottom and tap on "Account" or "Privacy & Account".
Settings → Account → Delete Account

Confirm deletion
Read through what will be deleted, then confirm. Your account and data will be permanently deleted within 7 days.
Can't access the app?
Request deletion by email
If you're unable to log in or no longer have access to your device, you can request account deletion by emailing us from your registered email address. We may ask you to verify account ownership before processing the request.

Data in active legal proceedings
Processing time: Account deletion is initiated immediately and fully completed within 7 days. During this period, your account will be deactivated and invisible to other users. If you change your mind, you can reactivate within 7 days by logging back in.
