Our Commitment to Child Safety

Zero Social is deeply committed to protecting children and maintaining a safe, respectful, and lawful platform. The service is operated by Impact Zero Hub Pvt Ltd, a private limited company incorporated in India. We have an absolute zero tolerance policy for any form of Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) — including Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM).

We actively work to prevent, detect, remove, and report any content or behavior that involves or promotes CSAE. This is not a compliance checkbox for us. It is a core ethical commitment that shapes how we build our product and operate our platform.

Prohibited Content & Behavior

The following are strictly prohibited on Zero Social and will result in immediate account termination and, where applicable, law enforcement referral:

• Any sexual content involving minors — including photos, videos, illustrations, or written descriptions
• Any depiction, discussion, or encouragement of child sexual abuse or exploitation
• Grooming behaviors: attempts to build inappropriate trust with a minor to facilitate exploitation
• Soliciting minors for sexual conversation, images, or in-person meetings
• Sharing, requesting, linking to, or describing CSAM in any form
• Any content that sexualizes a minor, regardless of whether it depicts real or fictional characters

These rules apply across all content types: messages, posts, profile information, images, videos, and links.

Prevention & Moderation

We take a multi-layered approach to child safety:

• Clear community standards that explicitly define prohibited behavior and consequences
• User reporting tools accessible within the app — child safety reports receive highest priority
• Proactive review of reported content and flagged behavior patterns
• Immediate action on confirmed violations: content removal, account suspension or permanent ban
• Age verification measures during account creation

Reporting & Law Enforcement Cooperation

Any confirmed CSAE content or activity is treated with the highest urgency:

• Content is immediately removed from the platform
• The account is permanently disabled
• We report to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) CyberTipline as required under US law, and to equivalent agencies in other jurisdictions
• We cooperate fully with law enforcement investigations and legal requests
• We comply with all applicable child protection laws, including COPPA and equivalent international regulations

Age Requirements

Zero Social is intended for users aged 18 years and above, or the minimum legal age required in the user's jurisdiction, whichever is higher. We do not knowingly create accounts for or collect data from children below the permitted age.

If we discover that a user is below the minimum permitted age, we will immediately deactivate their account and delete their data. If you believe a child below this age has created an account, please notify us immediately.

How to Report a Concern

If you witness or suspect any child safety violation on Zero Social, please report it immediately using the in-app reporting tool. Reports related to child safety are our highest priority and reviewed urgently.

This policy is reviewed regularly and updated to reflect improvements in safety practices, changes in legal requirements, and evolving industry standards. The most current version will always be available at this URL.
