Do I need to create an account to list?
Yes, to create your profile and message adopters. It takes a few minutes, and our team can help if you get stuck.
Is Zero Social free to use?
Yes. It’s free to download and use on both the App Store and Google Play. Some in-app matchmaking actions can be Premium, separate from any adoption fee you set.
Can I charge an adoption fee?
The app is free to download. On your profile, you can mark the fee as free, a small vaccination fee, case-by-case, or by donation. Pets are never sold here.
Are breeders allowed on the platform?
We boost rescue animals, not breeders. Illegal pet trade is removed. Please report it if you see it. Registered NGOs and shelters can reach out for a free permanent boost.
Does Zero Social verify the pets or people listed?
No. We don’t verify, approve, or guarantee any listing, health claim, or person. However, you can see reviews from other community members and use your own judgement. Screening stays with you.
Is Zero Social a shelter or rescue organization?
No. We’re a platform that helps adopters, pet parents, rescuers, foster parents, shelters and organizations discover and connect with one another. The adoption discussion, screening, and decision happen directly between you and them.
